Campers working in teams during a BHMS business workshop

Your mornings

Interactive workshops where you build, argue and pitch — not just take notes.

  • Build a start-up

Take an idea from a blank page to a working concept, in a team, in two weeks.

  • Brand strategy

What makes global brands global — and how to position an idea of your own.

  • Understanding markets

Data insight and market thinking: who buys, why, and what it is worth.

  • Emerging technologies

The digital skills reshaping every industry, and how founders use them.

  • Pitch practice

Present your idea, take hard questions, refine, present again.

  • Leadership & problem-solving

Creative problem-solving in teams — the part of business no slide deck teaches.

Your afternoons are shared

Mornings split by track. At lunch, all three tracks merge — and Switzerland becomes the classroom.

Mount Pilatus. Cruises on Lake Lucerne. City challenges in the old town, the Swiss Transport Museum, day trips across central Switzerland. Every camper does every excursion, whichever track they chose.

Who this track fits

The idea machine

You have a notebook full of start-up ideas. Here you pick one, build it with a team and pitch it — properly.

The persuader

You love the debate, the pitch, the negotiation. This track gives your arguments strategy and data to stand on.

The future business student

A business degree is on your shortlist. Two weeks of real workshops beats any brochure for finding out if it fits.

Not sure? Compare all three tracks — or read up on Culinary Foundations and Hospitality Experiences.
