For parents
Swiss standards. Full transparency.
You're trusting us with your son or daughter for two weeks in another country. Here is exactly how that works — no brochure gloss.
The first question parents ask is the right one: is a summer camp in Switzerland safe? Below is how we answer it — where students sleep, who is responsible, what the price covers, and how you reach us at any hour.
Supervision & accommodation
Students stay in shared BHMS accommodation, supervised by school staff. All meals are included, every day. Workshops, afternoon activities and excursions are staff-accompanied.
One number is answered around the clock for the full two weeks — students use it, and so can you.
Room configuration and supervision ratios are confirmed in your registration documents.
From airport to airport
Transfers are included in both directions. We collect your child on arrival and bring them back for departure — no taxis, no trains alone.
On arrival day, campers are met by BHMS staff and travel to Lucerne together. Exact meeting points and arrival windows are sent with the registration documents.
Both ways
Airport transfers included in the price
One published price

Who runs this
BHMS Business & Hotel Management School — 25+ years of hospitality education in Lucerne.
This is not an agency renting a venue for the summer. Campers learn on the BHMS campus, taught by the school's own team — the same institution ranked QS World Ranking #12 — Hospitality & Leisure Management 2026.

Two weeks away doesn't mean two weeks out of reach. A real person answers — before, during and after camp.
Parent questions
Who supervises the students day to day?
Students live in shared, supervised BHMS accommodation with all meals provided. Staff accompany workshops, activities and excursions, and a 24-hour contact number covers the full two weeks — for students and for parents.
My child has never been away from home. What about homesickness?
The programme is deliberately full: workshops in the morning, activities and excursions in the afternoon, an international group around the table at every meal. Shared accommodation means nobody is on their own, staff are present throughout, and you can reach us at any time on the parent WhatsApp line.
Can you handle dietary requirements?
Common dietary requirements — vegetarian and similar — can be discussed at registration. We deliberately do not collect health or medical details through web forms; that information is gathered securely after booking.
Is insurance required?
Yes. Every participant needs health and accident insurance valid in Switzerland for the camp dates. Details of what to provide come with the registration documents.
