Contracting entity

Your contract is with BHMS Business & Hotel Management School, Guetschstrasse 2-6, 6003 Lucerne, Switzerland.

Price & payment

The all-inclusive camp fee is CHF 3'900 per participant. It covers workshops and study materials, shared accommodation and all meals, afternoon activities and excursions, airport transfers, and the Certificate of Attendance.

Payment schedule (deposit and balance due dates) is confirmed at registration.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy — deadlines and any applicable refunds — is set out in the full terms provided at registration.

Insurance

Travel and health insurance covering the full camp period is mandatory for every participant and is not included in the camp fee. Proof of insurance is required before arrival.

Behaviour

Campers agree to the BHMS house rules, provided at registration. Serious breaches may lead to dismissal from the programme; the full terms describe the procedure.

Tuition credit

Every participant receives a CHF 3'900 scholarship voucher: the full Summer Camp fee is credited towards first-year tuition for an eligible BHMS Bachelor programme if the participant enrols within two years. One credit per student, subject to standard BHMS admission requirements. Full conditions are part of the registration documents.
