The scholarship voucher
Every camper leaves with a CHF 3'900 scholarship
Every participant receives a CHF 3'900 scholarship voucher: the full Summer Camp fee is credited towards first-year tuition for an eligible BHMS Bachelor programme if the participant enrols within two years.
No other Swiss hotel-school camp gives every participant a voucher this visible and this simple. Two weeks to test the industry — at a school ranked QS #12 — Hospitality & Leisure Management 2026 — and if you continue, your camp was an investment, not an expense.

Beyond the classroom
Lucerne is the campus
Mount Pilatus. BBQ boats on Lake Lucerne. Day trips to Zurich, Bern, Geneva and Basel. Chocolate workshops, fondue nights, 5-star hotel tours, the Swiss Transport Museum.
Students 18–19: not too old. Exactly right.
No — 18 and 19-year-olds are exactly the right age. BHMS Summer Camp runs ages 16–19 as one cohort, so gap-year and just-graduated students join as full peers, not as older kids in a children's camp.
The 18–19 experienceParents: Swiss safety, full transparency
Supervised accommodation, all meals, airport pickup to drop-off, one published price, and a school with 25+ years of hospitality education behind it.

Who is the BHMS Summer Camp for?
Students who are 16–19 on 11 July 2027, from around the world. Applicants over 19 are considered case by case, where there is genuine interest in BHMS as a future study option. You need pre-intermediate English — the camp runs entirely in English.
What does CHF 3'900 include?
Everything: daily workshops and study materials, shared accommodation, all meals, afternoon activities and excursions, airport transfers on arrival and departure, and a Certificate of Attendance. There are no hidden extras.
What is the scholarship voucher?
Every participant receives a CHF 3'900 scholarship voucher: the full Summer Camp fee is credited towards first-year tuition for an eligible BHMS Bachelor programme if the participant enrols within two years. No draw, no conditions on grades: every camper gets one. Details on the Pathway page.
Do I have to choose one pathway?
Yes — you pick Culinary & Pastry Arts or Hospitality & Guest Experience for your morning workshops. Afternoons and excursions are shared with the whole camp, so you experience Switzerland together.
Where do campers stay?
In shared BHMS accommodation in Lucerne, supervised, with all meals included. Details and photos are on the Parents page.
Do I need a visa?
Depends on your nationality. Schengen-exempt passports need no visa for stays under 90 days. If you need one, BHMS issues an official invitation letter after registration — see the Visa page.
